This is due in large part to the failure of PDAC to benefit from newer immunotherapy approaches or drugs that target driver mutations. Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) is one of the most lethal of human malignancies, with most patients presenting in the advanced stages where median survivals are less than 1 year. Additional predictors of treatment response are needed in this setting. This case highlights that first-line treatment with a platinum-containing regimen followed by PARP inhibition may not be the best choice for individuals with ATM-mutated pancreatic cancer. Measurement of circulating tumor DNA for KRAS G12R by digital droplet polymerase chain reaction confirmed a deep molecular response. Both physical stigmata and abnormal laboratory values resolved, imaging studies showed a reduction in metastases and her performance status returned to normal.

In the setting of jaundice, painful hepatomegaly, and a declining performance status, she experienced rapid disease regression with the nonplatinum regimen, gemcitabine plus nab-paclitaxel.

We present the case of a 44-year-old woman with ATM-mutated PC who achieved stable disease as the best response to first-line fluorouracil, leucovorin, irinotecan, and oxaliplatin, followed by progression on a PARP inhibitor. Yet, this is based largely on studies of BRCA1/2 or PALB2 mutated PC. Increasingly, the recommended treatment for those with a germline mutation in a gene involved in homologous recombination repair is with a platinum drug followed by a poly (ADP-ribose) polymerase (poly adenosine phosphate-ribose polymerase ) inhibitor. Thank you for your silence and for your acquiescent partnership with Splice that cause all these issue PreSonus.Metastatic pancreatic cancer (PC) is an aggressive malignancy, with most patients deriving benefit only from first-line chemotherapy. I had to reconfigure it completely and this change has affected also other DAWs I have installed like Reaper. On top of that also my MIDI keyboard has been reset and now it is appearing with a different name. It was working perfectly when I had S1 installed through Splice, but since I have uninstalled and reinstalled S1 the plugin is not found by the VST scanner anymore (I can promise that is still in the VST3 folder, it has not moved an inch from where it was previously). The most incredible and utterly annoying problem that I have come across though, is that one of the most important VST3 plugins I have, Reason Studios, is not seen anymore by S1. Partnering with Splice is a decision that PreSonus has taken and they are not providing a clear solution for this problem? Simply unacceptable! I am a new S1 customer, is this the level of support I should expect to see from now on? If this is the case I already regret my purchase. What I find really deplorable is not seeing anyone from PreSonus commenting on this thread. Now you should be able to start Studio One and it doesn't care about splice. Then right-click the file and check the write protect box. Remove all the stuff in there and save it. Open the C:\Users\-yourusername-\AppData\Local\SpliceSettings\license\ folder and edit the studioone4.lic file with notepad. The last solution proposed here by karlsvegare1 works

After that I have reinstalled S1 and I have manage to activate S1 using my personal license key.Īfter I have have reinstalled Splice back the Activation window is again overwritten by Splice though and I cannot see or select my license any longer. Then I have uninstalled both S1 and Splice. I have first uninstalled and reinstalled S1, but as stated here it makes not difference. I have followed the suggestions in this thread and I am now in a mess. I have found myself in the same issue today on a Windows machine.
